Becca’s personal training sessions offer a supportive and motivating safe space to help you feel stronger, fitter, and more confident in your body. Drawing on her background in Fitness, Pilates, and Yoga, Becca creates tailored programmes that balance challenge with care — building strength, stamina, and mobility in a way that feels sustainable and enjoyable.
Each 1:1 session is designed around your goals, whether that’s improving overall fitness, supporting rehabilitation, increasing energy, or developing a more balanced, functional body.
Depending on your goals, sessions may include a combination of strength training, cardio, Pilates-based core work, flexibility, and mobility exercises, all adapted to your level.
Training takes place in Becca’s private Personal Training Studio at Brampton Heath Golf Centre – a fully equipped space where you’ll receive expert guidance and encouragement every step of the way.
