(Z) denotes that the class is also available via Zoom. You will receive the Zoom link in your booking confirmation.
24 hours notice is required if you need to cancel a class. If you cancel within the time window you can reschedule your class within the same calendar month subject to availability. Unfortunately any unused classes can’t be carried over to the following month.
